Infico ERP (“Infico”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides enterprise resource planning software and related services through our web platform and mobile applications (Android and iOS).

Depending on how you use Infico ERP, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and profile details such as name, mobile number, email address, and role within your organization.
• Company and business information such as company name, contact details, address, business type, and operational settings.
• Operational data you enter into the system, including products, warehouses, users, inquiries, and related business records.
• Device and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, log data, and approximate location when required for service delivery or security.

• Provide, operate, and improve Infico ERP features and services.

We retain personal and business information for as long as needed to provide Infico ERP services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal and accounting requirements, or resolve disputes.

When an account or company data is deleted, we take steps to remove or anonymize personal information from active systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.

Subject to applicable law and your organization’s admin settings, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.

If you use the Infico ERP mobile app, you can follow our delete-account steps to permanently remove your account. Organization-level data may remain available to authorized company administrators until they request broader deletion.

Infico ERP is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Infico ERP may integrate with or rely on third-party infrastructure and services (for example hosting, analytics, or messaging providers). Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and are expected to protect data in accordance with applicable agreements and laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by email.

Continued use of Infico ERP after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
